Noticed that there was no information/post about the NVQ tasks that you will do in Zenos, so here it is:

Unit 101 - Health and safety in ICT and Contact Centres
Unit 213 - Software installation and upgrade
Unit 302 - Develop personal and organizational effectiveness
Unit 303- Customer Care
Unit 305 - Interpersonal and written communication
Unit 306 - Investigating and defining requirements
Unit 309 - Remote support for products or services
Unit 316- Technical advice and guidance

Hopefully none are missing or incorrect =o Though i wish i can provide the exact details of the tasks you do on those tasks.....but this is just a little heads up i guess =). Thanks for looking!

If anyone can find out, please post here. I've been asking around for a long time, but anyone that works for Zenos just changes the subject.

I don't think the qualifications are even on the UCAS framework.

Edit:- and don't bother even trying to phone or email Zenos HQ. They either put you on hold, or don't return your emails.

I am guessing it's the Advanced Diploma or Progression Diploma?

I've checked that tariff table before, but I'm still not sure.

It says Advanced Diploma = Progression Diploma plus Additional & Specialist Learning.

Looking at the progression table, it's graded from A* - E, however the certificate I received for the qualification isn't graded like that. You can only get a Pass, Credit or Distinction.
